DGT60

Display device / standalone display with large matrix display composed of transmitter with 4 dependent or independent input channels for direct reading and diagnostics of each connected measuring device. A wide range of possible interposers makes it easy to integrate into any automation system. (OIML R-76 / EN 45 501)

Waterproof keyboard with 5 keys;
Red LED display with 6, 13 mm high digits and 6 LED indicators for displaying active functions;
Plastic housing for installation in cabinet, 96x96x80mm.

Calibration, adjustment and configuration using the keyboard or PC software;
Approved up to 10,000 divisions or 2 x 3,000 divisions @ 0.3μV/d;
Ability to display up to 800,000d with internal resolution of up to 3,000,000 points; Up to 8 points of linearization with Dini Tools program (3 using the keyboard);
24-bit sigma-delta A/D conversion with up to 200 conversions/sec.;
Ability to connect up to 16 analog measuring transducers with 350 Ω input resistance;
Manage with a weighing system of 4 measuring transducers or manage with 4 independent weighing systems. Master/Slave (up to 4 slaves / 1 Master) Power supply up to 12Vdc to 24Vdc.

WITH KEYBOARD:
Zeroing; semi-automatic or stored tare; printing or data sending; ON/Stand by.
SELECTION:
Display with sensitivity x 10; Net/Gross or lb/kg conversion; Summing; Authorized sending of weight to PC/PLC (with Alib memory, ALMEM option); Piece counting; Input/Output weighing; Value retention and Peak detection.
EXTERNAL INPUTS:
Key button simulation; keyboard locking.
MOSFET OUTPUTS:
Management of mass outputs, either positive (under load) or negative (under no load), or on pieces count (counting mode), with enabling/disabling trigger level, directly or on stable mass.
SERIAL PORTS:
For all models: Reading of net, gross, and tare weight; Erasure; Semi-automatic and stored tare; Scale switching; Setting trigger levels; Reading/Writing of Alibi memory.
DGTQ and DGTQAN models: Reading of microvolts or ADC converter for all channels; Display messages; Printing; Setting of average sample weight for piece counting; Key button simulation; MODBUS serial protocol.

16-bit ANALOG OUTPUT (DGTQAN): Analog output proportional to net or gross weight, either positive (under load) or negative (under no load).

INPUTS/OUTPUTS:

RS232/C serial bidirectional port for connection to external devices; RS485 or RS232/C serial bidirectional port for network connection; PROFIBUS serial interposer (DGTQPB model) 2 Photomosfet outputs: 150 mA 48Vac / 150mA 60 Vdc, with configurable function; 2 Opto-isolated photocoupler inputs: 12 - 24 Vdc, 5 mA min - 20 mA max, with configurable function; 16-bit analog output (DGTQAN model) with choice of 5-20mA / 0-5Vdc / 0-10 Vdc. Maximum applied load on output current 350 Ω. Minimum applied load on output voltage: 10 KΩ.

MASTER / STANDALONE DISPLAY OPTION

Special program for using the display device as a universal standalone display or as a standalone display for multiple scales (MASTER) in combination with DFW/DGT/MCW. FUNCTIONAL MODES: Standalone display for one-more scales (MASTER) function that allows the display of up to 32 independent scales, with the ability to manage their functions, or display and print the sum of weight from all scales. UNIVERSAL standalone display function that allows the display of weight from any scale via configuration of input string.
