MAIN FEATURES

Waterproof keyboard with 5 keys; Red LED display with 6, 13 mm high digits and 6 LED indicators for displaying active functions; Plastic housing for installation in a cabinet, 96x96x80mm. Installation opening in the cabinet 90x88 mm; Calibration, adjustment and configuration using the keyboard or PC program; Approved for up to 10000e divisions or 2 x 3000e divisions @ 0.3μV/d; Ability to display up to 800,000d with internal resolution of up to 3,000,000 points; Up to 8 points of linearization with Dini Tools program (3 using the keyboard); 24-bit sigma-delta A/D conversion with up to 200 conversions/sec.; Ability to connect up to 16 analog measuring transducers with 350 Ω input resistance; Management of a single weighing system with 4 measuring transducers or management of 4 independent weighing systems. Master / Slave (up to 4 slaves / 1 Master) Power supply up to 12Vdc to 24Vdc.

FUNCTIONS

USING THE KEYBOARD:
Zeroing; semi-automatic or memorized tare; printing or sending data; ON/Stand by.

SELECTION:
Display with x 10 sensitivity; Net/Gross or lb/kg conversion; Summation; Approved sending of weight to PC/PLC (with Alib memory, ALMEM option); Piece counting; Input/output weighing; Value retention and Peak detection.

EXTERNAL INPUTS:
Simulation of button pressure; keyboard locking.

MOSFET OUTPUTS:
Control of outputs on weight, either positive (under load) or negative (unloaded), or on piece count (piece counting mode), with enabling/disabling of trigger level, direct or on stable weight.

 

SERIAL PORTS: For all models: Reading of net, gross, and tare weight; Deletion; Semi-automatic and stored tare; Transfer of weight; Setting of tare levels; Reading/Writing of Alibi memory. DGTQ and DGTQAN models: Reading of microvolts or ADC converter for all channels; Display messages; Printing; Setting of average sample weight for piece counting; Simulation of key press; MODBUS serial protocol.

16-bit ANALOG OUTPUT (DGTQAN):
Analog output proportional to net or gross weight, either positive (under load) or negative (under unload).

INPUTS/OUTPUTS:

RS232/C serial bidirectional port for connection to external devices;
RS485 or RS232/C serial bidirectional port for network connection;
PROFIBUS serial intermediate (DGTQPB model);
2 Photomosfet outputs: 150mA 48Vac / 150mA 60Vdc, with configurable function;
2 Opto-isolated photocoupler inputs: 12-24Vdc, 5mA min - 20mA max, with configurable function;
16-bit analog output (DGTQAN model) with selection of 5-20mA/0-5Vdc/0-10Vdc.
Maximum applicable load on current output 350 Ω. Minimum applicable load on voltage output: 10 KΩ.

MASTER/REMOTE DISPLAY OPTION

Special program for using the display device as a universal remote display or as a remote display for multiple scales (MASTER) in combination with DFW/DGT/MCW.
FUNCTIONAL MODES:
Remote display for one-multiple scales (MASTER)
function that allows the display of up to 32 independent scales, with the ability to control their functions, or display and printing of the sum of the weight of all scales.
UNIVERSAL remote display function that allows the display of the weight of any scale via configuration of the input string.

OPTIONS:

Printer for cabinet installation;
Real-time clock;
Alibi memory;
Expansions for a total of 6 relays.
