Our industrial crane scale is equipped with a large 25mm LCD display that is easily visible even in low temperatures. It also has a galvanized upper and lower hook for added durability. The compact size and minimal space between the upper and lower hook make it easy to use in any setting.

The scale is highly accurate, with a precision of 0.03% of the total capacity. It also has a waterproof keyboard with 5 buttons: ZERO, SEMI-AUTO TARE, MODE, PRINT; ON/OFF. The housing is made of colored steel and the scale is equipped with an 868 MHz radio frequency module (for RF versions) for connecting to a remote printer, computer, or other crane scale (approved transfer through the Aliby Memory option), or indicator of one or more crane scales. The maximum communication distance in appropriate conditions is 70m indoors and 150m outdoors.

The scale also has a remote control with a range of up to 8 meters. The user can configure the remote control for automatic taring or as a remote keyboard with 4 buttons. It is powered by 4 AA rechargeable batteries, with a runtime of approximately 40 hours with radio communication.

Digital configuration and calibration can be done directly through the keyboard or a PC. It has a programmable digital filter and automatic shut-off feature. The operating temperature is -10 / + 40 ° C, and it has an RS232 serial port on an RJ45 connector for fast programming using DiniTools. It comes with a transport case measuring 410x260x240 mm.

Possible functions of our industrial crane scale include radio frequency transmission of weight data (also approved with Aliby memory), weight summation, + / - control, weighing in percentages, piece counting, input / output weighing, hold function for maintaining the weight on the display, memory of peak values, x 10 weight display, and NET / GROSS or lb/kg conversion.
