Modernizing Old Concrete and Asphalt Plants

We are currently modernizing our old concrete and asphalt plants to increase efficiency and productivity. As part of this process, we are making various mechanical changes to the plants, including updating the scales for aggregates, cement, and water.

In addition to these updates, we are also adding scales for water and additives to the plants. This will allow us to more accurately measure and control these vital ingredients in the production process.

To further improve efficiency and monitoring, we are also installing a system of automation with computerized tracking of plant operations. This will give us a real-time view of what is happening at the plants and allow us to make any necessary adjustments quickly and easily.

Finally, we are ensuring that all of our scales are fully approved and legal for use by having them verified by the DZM (Legalization of Work). This is an important step to ensure that our plants are operating at the highest levels of compliance and safety.
